Cipla consolidated net profit rises 68.07% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 6.59% to Rs 4584.88 crore

Net profit of Cipla rose 68.07% to Rs 413.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 245.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 6.59% to Rs 4584.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 4301.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 55.50% to Rs 2404.87 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1546.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 13.74% to Rs 18988.52 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 16694.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
