CMC consolidated net profit declines 21.08% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 6.87% to Rs 666.04 crore

Net profit of CMC declined 21.08% to Rs 70.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 89.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 6.87% to Rs 666.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 623.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 1.18% to Rs 277.12 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 280.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 12.67% to Rs 2513.49 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 2230.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
