CMC standalone net profit declines 59.77% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 3.83% to Rs 351.81 crore

Net profit of CMC declined 59.77% to Rs 52.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 130.74 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 3.83% to Rs 351.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 338.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 38.88% to Rs 197.78 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 323.61 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 8.29% to Rs 1288.46 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1189.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
