CNI Research will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 July 2014, to consider issue of 1,08,00,000 Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to the Promoter / Promoter Group, with each Warrant convertible into one equity share of the Company of nominal value of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs 2 which includes a premium of Re 1 per share, and 3,92,00,000 Equity shares for cash at a price of Rs 2 per equity share (including a premium of Re 1 per Equity share) on preferential basis to the Non-Promoter Group.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
