Competent Automobiles net profit rises 23.81% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 9.66% to Rs 194.80 crore

Net profit of Competent Automobiles rose 23.81% to Rs 2.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 2.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 9.66% to Rs 194.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 215.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.84% to Rs 9.18 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 7.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 2.58% to Rs 808.18 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 787.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
