Consolidated Securities approves variation in remuneration of MD

The board of Consolidated Securities at its meeting held on 14 March 2014, has approved the terms of variation in the remuneration of Rohit Gupta, Managing Director of the Company & executed an agreement dated 14 March 2014 with him for such variation, which will be effective from 01 April 2014, subject to approval of the Central Government, other approvals, if any, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act as amended to date, any other applicable provisions, if any.
