Consumer Durables stocks were trading with losses, with the S&P BSE Consumer Durables index decreasing 32.51 points or 0.13% at 24629.59 at 13:48 IST.
Among the components of the S&P BSE Consumer Durables index, Blue Star Ltd (down 1.46%), Symphony Ltd (down 1.15%), Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical Ltd (down 0.64%), TTK Prestige Ltd (down 0.47%), Voltas Ltd (down 0.33%), and Titan Company Ltd (down 0.05%), were the top losers.
On the other hand, V I P Industries Ltd (up 1.12%), Rajesh Exports Ltd (up 0.67%), and Orient Electric Ltd (up 0.47%) turned up.
At 13:48 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 247.73 or 0.6% at 41553.75.
The Nifty 50 index was up 76.5 points or 0.63% at 12259.
The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 175.52 points or 1.27% at 13962.21.

On BSE,1627 shares were trading in green, 696 were trading in red and 150 were unchanged.
