Gets shareholder approval for change in company name
Country Club India announced that Country Club (India) operates in many verticals including holidays, clubbing, events & fitness thereby creating a one stop leisure solution. To suitably position the brand of the Company amongst the investor community and to reflect the strong product offerings to our customer base, the Company requested the shareholders for the name change from "Country Club (India)" to "Country Club Hospitality & Holidays".Further the Company has informed that the name change has been approved by the shareholders of the Company in the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30 September 2014.
