Cox & Kings cancels dividend

Cox & Kings at the board meeting held on 12th August 2019 has cancelled / withdrew the proposal of declaration of dividend of 20% per share for the Financial Year 2018-19 declared earlier by the Board at the meeting on 30 May 2019 due current financial condition of the Company.
