CRISIL at the nomination and remuneration committee held on 17 April 2014, has granted 2,860,300 stock options to the employees and whole-time Directors of CRISIL and its subsidiaries at an exercise price of Rs. 1,217.20 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme. The options will vest in tranches between April 17, 2017 and April 17, 2019. The options may be exercised within two years from the date of vesting.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
