Damodar Industries net profit declines 22.94% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 3.46% to Rs 191.53 crore

Net profit of Damodar Industries declined 22.94% to Rs 2.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 2.79 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 3.46% to Rs 191.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 185.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 21.45% to Rs 14.78 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 12.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 26.20% to Rs 734.98 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 582.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
