DCW net profit declines 48.15% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 34.14% to Rs 355.83 crore

Net profit of DCW declined 48.15% to Rs 8.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 17.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 34.14% to Rs 355.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 265.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 63.89% to Rs 37.88 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 104.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 0.19% to Rs 1321.41 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1318.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
