Deccan Cements reports net loss of Rs 0.33 crore in the March 2013 quarter

Net loss of Deccan Cements reported to Rs 0.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 20.79 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 18.27% to Rs 111.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 136.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 84.69% to Rs 7.31 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 47.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 2.09% to Rs 499.15 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 509.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
