Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals Corp announced that the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Smartchem Technologies on 05 October 2020 has allotted 1,050 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of face value of Rs. 10 lakh each, being the second tranche of such subscription, to International Finance Corporation, for an aggregate amount of Rs. 105 crore.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
