Demand of Chemical Pesticides decline to 54685 tonnes in 2013-14

The demand of chemical pesticides decreased to 54685 tonnes in 2013-14 as compared to 58368 tonnes in 2011-12. Sufficient quantities of pesticides are available in the country as none of the States/UTs have reported short supply of pesticides.
