Den Networks falls after bulk deal

Den Networks declined 1.82% to Rs 223.65 at 12:02 IST on BSE after 0.32% equity changed hands in a bulk deal on BSE today, 12 June 2014.

A bulk deal of 5.83 lakh shares was executed on the Den Networks counter at Rs 225 per share at 10:23 IST on BSE today, 12 June 2014.

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 63.33 points, or 0.25%, to 25,537.22

On BSE, so far 5.91 lakh shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 97,546 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 227.20 and a low of Rs 220.05 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 239.15 on 3 June 2014. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 110.45 on 5 December 2013.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 11 June 2014, gaining 26.27% compared with the Sensex's 10.78% rise. The scrip also outperformed the market in past one quarter, surging 51.06% as against Sensex's 16.71% rise.

The mid-cap company has equity capital of Rs 178.20 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.

Den Networks' consolidated net profit fell 42% to Rs 10.05 crore on 12.4% rise in net sales to Rs 296.78 crore in Q4 March 2014 over Q4 March 2013.
