Dena Bank's Long term debt instruments, Lower Tier II Bonds (BAsel II Compliant) and Tier II Bonds (Basel III Compliant) were revised from CARE AA- Negative to CARE A+ Negative.The Bank's Additional Tier I Perpetual Bonds (Basel III Com pliant) and Perpetual Bonds (Basel II Compliant) were reaffirmed CARE BBB+ and CARE A respectively.
