Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea announced that the scheme of arrangement between Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea ("DPTL"), Dhunseri Tea & Industries ("DTIL"),Dhunseri Infrastructure ("DIL") and their respective shareholders for demerger of Tea division of DPTL To DTIL and re-organization of IT SEZ Division of DPTL to DIL has become effective on 01 September 2014.The Company has received a fresh certificate of incorporation dated 09 September 2014 from Registrar of Companies approving the change of name of the Company to Dhunseri Petrochem.
