Diamond Power Infrastructure net profit declines 25.77% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 60.14% to Rs 1179.40 crore

Net profit of Diamond Power Infrastructure declined 25.77% to Rs 24.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 32.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 60.14% to Rs 1179.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 736.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 5.73% to Rs 110.03 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 104.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 23.10% to Rs 3177.58 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 2581.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
