Dilip Buildcon said the project of rehabilitation and up-gradation of National Highway (NH)-66 in Maharashtra has provisionally completed.
Dilip Buildcon announced today, 24 April 2020, that the project of rehabilitation and up-gradation of NH-66 (Kalmath to Zarap Section) to four lanes with paved shoulder in Maharashtra under NHDP-IV on hybrid annuity mode has been provisionally completed. The provisional completion certificate has been issued by the authority and has declared the project fit for entry into operation as on 23 March 2020. The project cost was Rs 914 crore.On a consolidated basis, its net profit slumped 52.2% to Rs 85.47 crore on a 1.1% fall in net sales to Rs 2,564.39 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q3 December 2018.
Dilip Buildcon is engaged in the business of infrastructure facilities on engineering procurement and construction (EPC) basis. The firm undertakes contracts from various government and other parties and special purpose vehicles promoted by the company. It operates through construction and engineering contracts segment.
Shares of Dilip Buildcon declined 4.8% to Rs 240.85. The stock traded in the range of Rs 240.85 to Rs 249.60 so far.
