DLF consolidated net profit rises 70.52% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 38.09% to Rs 1377.66 crore

Net profit of DLF rose 70.52% to Rs 243.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 142.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 38.09% to Rs 1377.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2225.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 532.32% to Rs 4476.79 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 707.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 18.42% to Rs 6706.79 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 8221.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
