Dr. Reddy's Laboratories lost 5.61% to Rs 2,452.05 at 09:36 IST on BSE after the company received Form-483 with eight observations by the USFDA at the Vishakapatnam facility.
The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 30 October 2018.Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 27.58 points, or 0.08% to 33,863.55
On the BSE, 34,000 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 74,000 shares in the past two weeks. The stock had hit a high of Rs 2,468.90 and a low of Rs 2,425 so far during the day. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 2,687.45 on 28 September 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 1,888 on 21 May 2018.
Dr. Reddy's Laboratories said that the audit of formulations manufacturing facility at Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, by the USFDA, has been completed. The company received Form-483 with eight observations which it is addressing, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories said.
