Under bonus issue
eClerx Services announced that the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Company, vide its resolution dated 21 December 2015, approved the issue and allotment of 10,180,609 Bonus shares of Rs. 10/- each to the members of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. 18 December 2015.Consequent to this allotment, the paid up and issued capital of the Company, stands increased from 30,541,829 of Rs. 10/- each to 40,722,438 of Rs. 10/- each.
