Edelweiss Financial Services net profit rises 169.36% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 89.13% to Rs 86.26 crore

Net profit of Edelweiss Financial Services rose 169.36% to Rs 46.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 17.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 89.13% to Rs 86.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 45.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 56.66% to Rs 73.30 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 46.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 40.73% to Rs 207.38 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 147.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
