EID Parry (India) standalone net profit declines 8.77% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 53.43% to Rs 630.60 crore

Net profit of EID Parry (India) declined 8.77% to Rs 144.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 158.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 53.43% to Rs 630.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 411.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 66.45 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 148.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 10.59% to Rs 2272.30 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2054.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
