Net profit of Elecon Engineering Company declined 10.44% to Rs 28.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 31.69 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 10.08% to Rs 411.95 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 458.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 133.90% to Rs 38.22 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 16.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 2.81% to Rs 1274.91 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1311.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
