Empire Industries standalone net profit declines 4.79% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 30.87% to Rs 90.01 crore

Net profit of Empire Industries declined 4.79% to Rs 8.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 9.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 30.87% to Rs 90.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 68.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 10.20% to Rs 30.65 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 34.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 9.96% to Rs 265.01 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 241.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
