Engineers India standalone net profit declines 15.18% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 46.75% to Rs 442.93 crore

Net profit of Engineers India declined 15.18% to Rs 65.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 77.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 46.75% to Rs 442.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 301.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.69% to Rs 325.04 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 276.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 4.13% to Rs 1448.64 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1511.01 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
