EPL to consider allotment of NCDs aggregating Rs 50 cr

EPL announced that the e Security Committee of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14 December 2020, to consider and approve the allotment of Unsecured Rated Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for Rs. 50 Crore. The NCDs are proposed to be listed with BSE.
