Eros International Media announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide its resolution passed on April 13, 2017 have approved the issue and allotment of 504569 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees against exercise of stock options granted to them, in accordance with SEBI (ESOS & ESPS) Guidelines 1999 & Eros International Media Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009.
