Eros International Media standalone net profit declines 73.33% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 40.41% to Rs 203.01 crore

Net profit of Eros International Media declined 73.33% to Rs 9.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 35.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 40.41% to Rs 203.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 340.67 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 8.86% to Rs 113.19 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 124.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 9.98% to Rs 1178.68 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1071.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
