Excel Crop Care standalone net profit declines 83.85% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 7.69% to Rs 194.69 crore

Net profit of Excel Crop Care declined 83.85% to Rs 1.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 10.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 7.69% to Rs 194.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 210.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 4.12% to Rs 64.48 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 67.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 4.56% to Rs 979.86 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 937.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
