Federal Bank net profit rises 24.94% in the March 2014 quarter

Total Operating Income rise 16.12% to Rs 1838.71 crore

Net profit of Federal Bank rose 24.94% to Rs 277.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 221.94 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Total Operating Income rose 16.12% to Rs 1838.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 1583.46 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 0.09% to Rs 838.89 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 838.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Total Operating Income rose 12.62% to Rs 6946.08 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 6167.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
