Federal Bank standalone net profit declines 96.34% in the March 2016 quarter

Total Operating Income rise 6.20% to Rs 2026.52 crore

Net profit of Federal Bank declined 96.34% to Rs 10.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 280.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Total Operating Income rose 6.20% to Rs 2026.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1908.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 52.71% to Rs 475.65 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1005.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Total Operating Income rose 4.38% to Rs 7744.69 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 7419.46 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
