Net inflow of Rs 310.70 crore on 11 November 2013

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) bought shares worth a net Rs 310.70 crore on Monday, 11 November 2013, compared with net inflow of Rs 356.20 crore on Friday, 8 November 2013.

The net inflow of Rs 310.70 crore on Monday, 11 November 2013, was a result of gross purchases of Rs 2300.10 crore and gross sales of Rs 1989.40 crore. There was a net inflow of Rs 314.50 crore into the secondary equity markets on 11 November 2013 which was a result of gross purchases of Rs 2300.10 crore and gross sales of Rs 1985.60 crore. The S&P BSE Sensex had shed 175.19 points or 0.85% to settle at 20,490.96 on that day, its lowest level since 17 October 2013.

There was an outflow of Rs 3.80 crore from the category 'primary market others' on Monday, 11 November 2013.

FIIs have purchased shares worth a net Rs 3625.50 crore in November 2013 so far (till 11 November 2013). FIIs bought shares worth a net Rs 15706.20 crore in October 2013.

FIIs have purchased shares worth a net Rs 92559.20 crore in 2013 so far (till 11 November 2013). FIIs bought shares worth a net Rs 128359.80 crore in calendar 2012.
