Finolex Industries standalone net profit rises 183.53% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 2.88% to Rs 799.23 crore

Net profit of Finolex Industries rose 183.53% to Rs 78.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 27.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 2.88% to Rs 799.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 776.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 388.89% to Rs 233.59 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 47.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 0.87% to Rs 2430.33 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2451.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
