Fortis Healthcare announced that the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee of the Company has allotted 1,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each on 08 May 2014, to a grantee, upon exercise of vested stock options, under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 of the Company.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 462.78 crore divided into 462,788,114 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
