Acquires 3400 preference shares of Fortune Credit Capital

Fortune Financial Services (India) has on 04 June 2018 invested a sum of Rs. 34 crore for purchasing 3,400 0.01% Unsecured Non-Cumulative Compulsorily Fully Convertible Non-Redeemable Preference Shares ('CCPS') of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each of Fortune Credit Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company aggregating to Rs. 34 crore from Conwood Agencies.
