Net outflow of Rs 406.78 crore on 18 June 2018
Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) sold stocks worth a net Rs 406.78 crore from the secondary equity markets on 18 June 2018, as compared with net outflow of Rs 1645.14 crore on 15 June 2018.
The net outflow of Rs 406.78 crore into the secondary equity markets on 18 June 2018 was a result of gross purchases of Rs 3583.91 crore and gross sales of Rs 3990.69 crore.
There was a net inflow of Rs 0.07 crore into the 'primary market & others' category on 18 June 2018.
FPIs have sold stocks worth a net Rs 19141.90 crore into the secondary equity markets in calendar 2018 so far (till 18 June 2018). They bought stocks worth a net Rs 9768.38 crore from the secondary equity markets in calendar 2017.
FPIs have bought stocks worth a net Rs 14660.66 crore from the primary market & others' category in calendar 2018 so far (till 18 June 2018). They bought stocks worth a net Rs 41485.09 crore from the primary market & others' category in calendar 2017.
