Net outflow of Rs 462.75 crore on 3 April 2018
Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) sold stocks worth a net Rs 462.75 crore from the secondary equity markets on 3 April 2018.
The net outflow of Rs 462.75 crore from the secondary equity markets on 3 April 2018 was a result of gross purchases of Rs 5478.58 crore and gross sales of Rs 5941.33 crore.
There was a net outflow of Rs 12.23 crore from the 'primary market & others' category on 3 April 2018, which was a result of gross purchases of Rs 0.07 crore and gross sales of Rs 12.30 crore.
FPIs have sold stocks worth a net Rs 2192.35 crore into the secondary equity markets in April 2018 so far (till 3 April 2018). They bought stocks worth a net Rs 6685.63 crore from the secondary equity markets last month.
FPIs have purchased stocks worth a net Rs 1459.25 crore from the primary market & others' category in April 2018 so far (till 3 April 2018). They purchased stocks worth a net Rs 4968.66 crore from the primary market & others' category last month.
