Future Enterprises allots 3000 NCDs aggregating Rs 300 crore

On private placement basis

The Committee of Director of Future Enterprises at its meeting held on 17 April 2017 has approved the allotment of 3000 9.75% secured, rated redeemable, non convertible debentures of Rs 10 lakh each under NCD Series XXII-A and NCD Series XXII-B aggregating Rs 300 crore on private placement basis.
