Future Market Networks gets NCLT approval for scheme of merger

Future Market Networks announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench approved the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Star Shopping Centres (referred to as the 'Transferor Company') by Future Market Networks (referred to as the 'Transferee Company') on 02 August 2019. Certified true copy of the order is awaited from NCLT.
