G M Breweries net profit rises 47.08% in the March 2013 quarter

Sales rise 9.96% to Rs 75.87 crore

Net profit of G M Breweries rose 47.08% to Rs 3.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 2.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 9.96% to Rs 75.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 69.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 7.59% to Rs 12.78 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 13.83 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 11.98% to Rs 287.76 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 256.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
