Gammon Infrastructure Projects announced that pursuant to the board and shareholders resolution dated 20 June 2014 and 15 July 2014 respectively, QIP Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 01 September 2014, has approved the following:1. Approved and adopted the Preliminary Placement Document dated 01 September 2014 in connection with the Qualified Institutions Placement ("QIP") and
2. Opening of the QIP on 01 September 2014.
