Genus Paper & Boards standalone net profit declines 50.66% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 9.09% to Rs 74.80 crore

Net profit of Genus Paper & Boards declined 50.66% to Rs 1.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 9.09% to Rs 74.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 82.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 50.52% to Rs 4.75 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 9.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 9.42% to Rs 315.81 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 288.61 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
