Genus Power Infrastructures announced that pursuant to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder read with schedule IV to the Companies Act, 2013, the following non-executive directors of the Company, have been appointed / reappointed as an Independent Director of the Company to hold office for a tenure of five consecutive years from 01 April 2014 to 31 March 2019 vide the ordinary resolution passed at the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders held on 29 September 2014 (results of voting declared on 01 October 2014):
