Gitanjali Gems reports consolidated net loss of Rs 29.01 crore in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 26.65% to Rs 3487.37 crore

Net Loss of Gitanjali Gems reported to Rs 29.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against net loss of Rs 89.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 26.65% to Rs 3487.37 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 2753.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 184.90% to Rs 95.50 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 33.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 7.68% to Rs 11481.06 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 12436.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
