Sales rise 102.34% to Rs 2343.73 crore

Net Loss of Gitanjali Gems reported to Rs 36.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against net loss of Rs 34.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 102.34% to Rs 2343.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 1158.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 18.86 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against net loss of Rs 22.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 2.52% to Rs 7157.93 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 7343.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
