Global Vectra Helicorp announced that the name of Azal Azerbaijan Aviation who is Promoter Group Company of Global Vectra Helicorp and holding 27% of Equity Share Capital of the Company is changed to AAA Rotor".Further the Company has informed that, there is change of name only and there is no change in Shareholding Pattern of the Company.
