GMR Infrastructure receives NCLT approval for composite scheme of arrangement

GMR Infrastructure announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has approved the composite scheme of arrangement amongst GMR Power Infra (GPI), GMR Infrastructure (GIL) and GMR Power And Urban Infra (GPUIL) and their respective shareholders (Scheme), with appointed date of 01 April 2021. The sanction was pronounced on 22 December 2021.
